This one and Lizardskin pens, of all the colour patterns Swan produced, are my favourites, closely followed by the blue with gold flecked pattern on Blackbird pens, (I’ve yet to see a cap for one of these). It’s on perusing Steve Hulls, Swan book, you appreciate the wide variety of colours and designs they produced.

The pattern are outstanding. I compare them with Conway Stewart and Burnhams and they are much more subtle and imaginative.
That is an absolutely looking beautiful pen , the marbling looks like real stone
I take it that it’s a Good Writer as well as a Good Looker
It’s a firm wet fine. Lovely pen in the hand. I could write all day with it.
