I have one of these pencils – bought at Auction years ago – described as a WPCo (Wyvern) Pencil Reply
In 1930 the Daily Herald was bought by Odhams Press which brought it into the same stable as the John Bull magazine. Reply

Yes, it seems quite certain that they were made by Wyvern. They’re very attractive pencils.
